One question, answered as data

What does this brand look like?

Brand Identity turns the visual signals on a website into normalized data another product can use directly.

Structured brand identity

What Brand Identity returns

Meaningful brand colors and fonts, not every value found in the page styles.

Logos and icons

The brand’s logos, strongest signals first, each labelled logo, wordmark, icon, or image with a light or dark theme where its URL says so, plus an inline SVG logo when the site draws one and the site icon. Customer logo walls, social icons, and interface icons are detected and filtered out.

{ "url": "https://assets.asana.biz/m/5f083bc48e06e1e2/original/asana-logo-1200x1200.png", "type": "logo", "theme": null, "format": "png" }

Colors

The most prominent brand colors first, with colors the site declares as its own, such as its logo’s colors, carrying the most weight. The leading brand color is labelled primary and the next accent, while neutrals take background or text from how the page uses them. Greys and whites never take the primary slot.

[ { "hex": "#690031", "role": "primary" }, { "hex": "#F0D3D9", "role": "accent" } ]

Typography

The font families the brand declares, with a heading or body role where the styles show one and the weights each family ships. Fallback, system, and icon fonts are left out.

{ "family": "TWK Lausanne", "role": "heading", "weights": [250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550] }

Visual style

A written description of the overall visual style, imagery, and interface style, for generative systems that need more than hex codes and font names.

{ "style": "Modern, AI-forward enterprise SaaS with a clear, collaborative, execution-focused feel. The brand emphasizes shared context, connected workflows, visibility, governance, and productivity." }
Built for product experiences

Make your product look like your customer’s brand

Automatic onboarding

Enter a company domain and fill in its logo, colors, and typography before the user lifts a finger.

White label software

Adapt portals, reports, dashboards, and customer experiences to each client’s brand.

AI website builders

Give generation systems the visual context they need to create pages that resemble the existing brand.

Presentations and reports

Apply the right logo, colors, and fonts to generated decks and documents automatically.

Creative generation

Ground generated graphics and media in the company’s existing identity.

Company enrichment

Add visual brand information to company profiles and datasets.

Structured data, not a brand kit editor

Turn an existing website into brand identity data another product can use

There is nothing to set up or maintain. OpenGraph does not store brand guidelines or ask anyone to enter them; it reads what the website already shows and returns it as data.

More than a logo API

Don’t stop at the logo. Understand the visual identity around it.

A logo API

  • Logo

Brand Identity

  • Logo and wordmark
  • Site icon
  • Brand colors with roles
  • Fonts with weights and roles
  • Visual style
  • Imagery style
  • Interface style

Only need the logo? See the Company Logo API. Just the palette? See the Brand Colors API.

Grounded in the website

OpenGraph reads the visual system behind the website and turns it into usable data

Logos, colors, and fonts come from real signals on the brand’s homepage, not from a model guessing. The visual style is written from the text of the pages the API reads.

  • Logos the site declares in its structured data
  • The logo in the site header and home link, as an image file or inline SVG
  • Favicons, touch icons, and web app manifest icons
  • Logo colors, the pinned tab color, the theme color, and brand color variables in the page styles
  • Font declarations in the page and its stylesheets
Built for AI as well as applications

Raw values for software, descriptions for models

Colors, fonts, and logos plug straight into your code. The visual style, imagery, and interface descriptions give generative models the context hex codes cannot.

FAQ

No. Brand Identity is a way of using the Brand Intelligence endpoint. Request the identity and visual sections and turn off the rest; only those two are extracted and returned.
From the homepage itself: its markup, inline styles, and declared brand color variables for colors, and its font declarations and stylesheets for typography. Colors are ordered by prominence, with the leading brand color labelled primary.
When the mark sits in the home link or a header element labelled as the logo, it usually comes back in logo_svg as sanitized SVG markup, rebuilt from an allowlist so scripts and outside references are removed. logos may still hold the site’s social sharing image, labelled image. The site icon is returned separately either way.
Customer logo walls, partner and integration grids, social icons, and interface icons are detected from the page markup and filtered out. A logo declared in structured data or in the home link ranks near the top, and an image named for the brand is kept even where it would otherwise be filtered.
